Helen Malmgren is a former producer at CBS/60 Minutes where her work won numerous awards including a George Foster Peabody Award, a National Association of Black Journalists Award, a Hillman Prize, a Society of Professional Journalists Award, and two Emmys. One of her documentaries was also picked by TIME magazine as a top-10 broadcast of the year.
Dr. Tia Smith is a writer and documentary film producer whose work explores gender, media, and sexual culture. She's worked in Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Brazil, and Trinidad & Tobago. She is currently working on a documentary with Dr. Michael White about traditional New Orleans jazz.
